VCU will be holding a press conference today at 1:30 on the floor of the Siegel Center to announce its move to the Atlantic 10 Conference. It will be streamed live on http://www.vcuathletics.com.
The Atlantic 10 will hold a teleconference at 2:30, following VCU’s announcement.

It was exactly one year ago today that I was watching this same dunk contest, sitting on a bus somewhere in Mississippi, in the middle of a 30 hour bus ride from Richmond to Houston to see my school - the mid-major, the Cinderella of the century - play in the Final Four.
Memories I will never forget.

…And the night is still young. Love seeing Goliaths fall. Rams play Indiana tomorrow at 7, would love to see the Hoosiers fall as well.
